Innogrid2020+ is the EU innovation power conference to be held on May 15 – 16th in Brussel.

The conference will look at the innovation in electricity networks in the EU and will provide high level European policy makers, researchers, project developers as well as grid users and citizens the opportunity to speak up about what the electricity system and network should deliver as services beyond 2020.

It will look at the next decade challenges and will provide insights and solutions through innovative projects, demonstrators and pilots, and global best practices.

There will be a variety of breakout session around projects which will provide opportunity for deep discussion into concrete issues where power networks have a key enabling role to play such as system security including cyber security, flexibility and active system management, sector coupling and the role of e-mobility, among others. There will also be a transatlantic perspective on cybersecurity and a global vision on smart grids development.

E-voting will involve the audience on the following matters:

  • Digital grids: managing flexibility in complex power systems
